1. Sleep+ 30 Day Mattress Warranty
The Sleep+ 30 Day Mattress Warranty is available to eligible customers who purchase a Sleep+ mattress from King Living. If you are not satisfied with your Sleep+ mattress within 30 days of delivery for any valid reason, King Living will collect the mattress from your address and provide you with a full refund, subject to the following criteria:
- You have slept on the mattress for at least 14 consecutive nights.
- After 14 nights, you notify King Living in writing of your dissatisfaction and the reason.
- Your dissatisfaction is not due to incorrect size, aesthetic reasons, or wanting to exchange for a different mattress.
- You make any suggested modifications or adjustments to the mattress as advised by King Living.
- You have not previously claimed the 30 Day Mattress Warranty for any other mattress.
- You have paid the full purchase price for the mattress.
- The mattress has only been used in your home, not for commercial purposes.
- The mattress is not damaged or stained.
2. Mattress Care and Maintenance
To maintain your warranty, follow the care instructions provided on our website and any additional information given by King Living. If any component of the mattress becomes defective, do not attempt to repair it yourself, as this may result in further damage not covered by the warranty.
3. Claiming the 30 Day Mattress Warranty
If you meet the eligibility criteria, King Living will arrange for the collection of your mattress. For customers in a metropolitan area with a King showroom, we will collect the mattress at our cost. For customers outside these areas, you will need to return the mattress to a King warehouse at your expense.
King Living will refund the purchase price of the Sleep+ mattress within 10 business days after the mattress is received at our nearest warehouse or charity partner's warehouse. The refund will be issued to the credit card, debit card, or bank account used for the initial purchase.
5. Invalid Warranty Claims
If the warranty claim is deemed invalid, the purchase price will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for collecting the mattress or covering the cost of its return. Costs associated with an invalid claim, such as freight or labor, will not be refunded.
6. Approved Warranty Claims and Ancillary Costs
If your warranty claim is approved and a refund is issued, King Living will reimburse any pre-approved ancillary costs incurred during the process. Ancillary costs not pre-approved by King Living in writing are excluded from the 30 Day Mattress Warranty.
