Receiving Your Delivery Timeframe Notifications

  1. Delivery Date Confirmation: Upon confirmation of your delivery date, our Despatch team will keep you well-informed about the delivery status of your order.
  2. Text Message Notification: Two days before your scheduled delivery, you will receive a text message from our Despatch team. This message will provide a 3-hour delivery window, allowing you to plan your day accordingly.
  3. Tracking Link for Your Driver: In addition to the delivery window, the text message will also include a tracking link for your driver. This link enables you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time, ensuring you're well-prepared for its arrival.
  4. Reschedule a Delivery: Visit our King Living Customer Portal at https://portal.kingliving.com.au/guest/ to select an alternative date (subject to availability) or to confirm an upcoming delivery.
