1. Applicability
The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the mattress, delivered to an Australian address, and remaining in Australia for the entire 30-day warranty period. The benefits conferred by this warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to subsequent purchasers, who acquire the mattress without the protection of the 30 Day Warranty.
2. Specific Exclusions
The 30 Day Mattress Warranty does not cover the following situations:
a. Any exclusions explicitly listed in the warranty terms here
b. If the mattress has been delivered to a location outside of Australia, whether by King Living, another third party, or the original purchaser.
c. If the mattress has not been purchased directly from King Living.
d. If the mattress has been modified or changed without approval from King Living, or if product tags have been removed, altered, or defaced.
e. If components of the mattress have not been purchased directly from King Living, have been modified or changed without approval from King Living, or have had product tags removed, altered, or defaced.
