Your recliner module may not be connected to power
Follow these steps to check:
- Verify that the power cable is plugged into the power outlet and that the outlet is turned ON.
- Confirm the power cable is connected to the power supply and the LED on the power supply is lit up.
- Check that the extension power cable is attached to the power supply.
- Make sure the extension power cable is connected to the back of the recliner module.
- If the recliner module still fails to respond when a button is pressed, continue to the next section.
Your power supply may have overheated
Follow these steps to resolve:
- Turn OFF the power at the socket, disconnect the power cable and wait for 15 minutes.
- Reconnect the power cable and turn the power back ON at the socket.
- Verify that the light on the power supply is lit.
