Why doesn’t my recliner module respond when a button is touched?

Your recliner module may not be connected to power

Follow these steps to check:

1. Verify that the power cable is plugged into the power outlet and that the outlet is turned ON.
2. Confirm the power cable is connected to the power supply and the LED on the power supply is lit up.
3. Check that the extension power cable is attached to the power supply.
4. Make sure the extension power cable is connected to the back of the recliner module.
5. If the recliner module still fails to respond when a button is pressed, continue to the next section.

Your power supply may have overheated

Follow these steps to resolve:

1. Turn OFF the power at the socket, disconnect the power cable and wait for 15 minutes.
2. Reconnect the power cable and turn the power back ON at the socket.
3. Verify that the light on the power supply is lit.
